Director of Sales

Aaron Okamoto has joined our team as the Director of Sales, where he will lead statewide sales strategy and business development initiatives supporting the company’s continued growth across Hawaiʻi’s construction and property services markets.

Okamoto brings more than two decades of leadership experience across sales, operations, and general management. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales at The Carpet Shoppe Inc., providing executive leadership over a multi-channel operation serving Hawaiʻi’s residential, commercial, and development sectors. His responsibilities spanned business development, marketing, communications, human resources, and project management, with a strong emphasis on operational discipline, market expansion, and team development. He previously held the role of General Manager for more than a decade, driving consistent organizational growth through strategic execution and talent development.

Aaron is active in the local business community having previously served on the boards of the Building Industry Association of Hawaiʻi and the Kapolei Chamber of Commerce.
