Randi Lau serves as the Director of Business Development at Seal Masters of Hawaiʻi, where she oversees both the sales and marketing teams. In this role, she drives growth by leading strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and aligning branding, sales, and community engagement to position the company as Hawaiʻi’s most trusted name in building renovations.

Randi has a proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and guiding client-facing teams to deliver seamless, high-quality projects. Under her leadership, the company’s marketing presence has been revitalized, with social media growth of over 360% and national recognition through viral campaigns and industry features. She has secured placements in respected publications, elevated Seal Masters’ presence at statewide expos, and spearheaded initiatives like the “Adopt-a-Park” program that reflects her commitment to community impact.

Equally dedicated to service, Randi volunteers as a board member of the Make-A-Wish Hawaiʻi Young Leaders Board, contributes to the Moʻiliʻili Resident Managers Association, and is active in the Pacific Century Fellows program. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders and creating positive change across her community.



Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Randi embodies the values of her island home. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and taking her dog, Kinako, to the beach. A passionate foodie, she also loves exploring local cuisines and supporting small businesses across the islands.
